  • No-recording reminder: This property is near the historic Tobita Shinchi area. To respect local community culture and residents’ privacy, please do not take photos, record videos, or conduct any form of filming on surrounding streets. When passing through the area, avoid loitering, gathering, and loud conversation. Thank you for your cooperation.
  • 🚭 Strict no-smoking policy (Japan-wide compliance): Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors, at the entrance, on the road in front of the property, and near neighbors' entrances. Prohibited areas include bedrooms, living room, kitchen, bathroom, balcony, windows, and entryway. If smoking is found or traces are detected after checkout (odor, ash, cigarette butts, burn marks), it will be treated as a serious violation and extra charges may apply (special cleaning, deodorization, linen replacement, and related damages). Platform intervention may occur if complaints are filed.
  • Tatami care: The first floor has a tatami tea room. Please do not roll suitcases on tatami mats to avoid permanent damage.
